I live in Amsterdam, but I absolutely love exploring all the beautiful places across the Netherlands—and I’m always excited to discover new ones! I’m officially appointed and sworn in as a wedding officiant by the municipalities of Blaricum, Laren, and Eemnes, which allows me to legally perform weddings in (almost) every municipality in the country.Each municipality has its own set of rules when it comes to appointing an external officiant, so it’s important to check in advance. If you’re planning to legally marry in a municipality other than Laren, Blaricum, or Eemnes, please note that paperwork often needs to be submitted 2 to 4 months beforehand.Of course, if you choose to have a ceremonial wedding, this can take place anytime and anywhere, without any restrictions or extra municipal fees.

Absolutely! I’m fluent in English and can lead either part of the ceremony or the entire ceremony in English. Whatever you prefer.

We’ll start with a free video introduction, just to get to know each other a bit. If it feels like a match, I’ll happily reserve your date in my calendar.
About 3 to 4 months before the ceremony, I’ll send you a digital questionnaire to kick off the anticipation and gather some first insights. We’ll also schedule a live interview at your home, which will take place around 3 to 6 weeks before the big day.
During this interview, I’ll ask you everything—truly everything—about your love story. We’ll laugh about funny memories, relive the best moments, and look back at how it all began with a smile. It’s a wonderful way to get even more excited about your wedding day, and it gives me all the inspiration I need for a personal and meaningful speech. A speech full of recognition, heartfelt moments, joy, and maybe even a few goosebumps.
We’ll also discuss the structure of the ceremony and all your personal wishes. With my experience, I’m happy to help you think about how things can be even more beautiful, fun, and special.
Around 2 to 4 weeks before the wedding, I’ll reach out to a loved one close to you to gather even more lovely details and anecdotes for the ceremony.
Need help writing your vows or just want to talk through any last-minute nerves? I’m here for you—whether it’s advice, support, or just a little boost of confidence.
From marriage certificates to children’s certificates and translations for international guests—everything will be arranged with care and attention.
And on the big day? I’ll be there, fully prepared and in a fitting outfit—either styled to match your theme or in my custom-made gown, whichever you prefer. I’ll arrive at least 45 minutes in advance to check all the details, coordinate with your photographer, videographer, and master of ceremonies, and make sure everything is perfectly in place.

Yes, how exciting! I’d absolutely love to travel with you to your wedding location—wherever in the world that may be. My fee remains the same, with the addition of travel expenses, any necessary overnight stays, and a day fee to cover travel time and the extra time I’ll be away for your special day abroad.

Please note that abroad, I can only perform a ceremonial wedding. The legal marriage will need to take place at your local municipality either before or after your destination celebration. But don’t worry—your guests won’t notice a thing. The ceremony will still feel just as real, magical, and unforgettable!

Many couples start planning their wedding 6 to 12 months in advance, so my calendar tends to fill up quickly. That said, last-minute spots do pop up every now and then—so it’s always worth checking!

A personal ceremony is fully tailor-made, and I pour a lot of time, love, and attention into creating it. My fee is €1,250 (incl. VAT)—whether you book me as a wedding officiant or a ceremony speaker, the price remains the same.
